Added skill menu and more

Added ui to selecting skills so you can have lots of them and select where you use them, skills with range will have the red square highlight their range and doesn't work outside of it
a brings up the menu
there is also a equipment menu that you can equip items to but it doesn't do anything besides put the item in that hand
